华三：配置ONU 的环路检测处理模式onu protocol loopback-detection action

注意：
建议不要同时开启ONU 的RSTP 功能和环路检测功能，否则可能导致功能异常。

onu protocol loopback-detection action 命令用来配置ONU 的环路检测处理模式。
undo onu protocol loopback-detection action 命令用来恢复缺省情况。
【命令】

shutdown }
undo onu protocol loopback-detection action
【缺省情况】
ONU 的环路检测处理模式为semi-block。

【缺省用户角色】
network-admin
【参数】
no-learning：当ONU 检测到UNI 端口出现环路时，禁止该端口学习MAC 地址。
semi-block：当ONU 检测到UNI 端口出现环路时，禁止该端口学习MAC 地址并将该端口的入
方向阻塞。
shutdown：当ONU 检测到UNI 端口出现环路时，自动关闭该端口。
