问题：接口上配置 broadcast-suppression cir 100时报错：Error: The port suppression mode conflicts with the global suppression Packet mode. Change the port or global suppression mode to make them consistent.
原因：
如果在全局下配置流量抑制模式为packets，则在接口下配置允许通过的最大流量时，不能配置cir参数。
如果在全局下配置流量抑制模式为bits，则在接口下配置允许通过的最大流量时，不能配置packets参数。
执行命令suppression mode { by-packets | by-bits }，在全局下配置流量抑制模式。
仅S2720-EI、S5720I-SI、S5720-LI、S5720S-LI、S5735S-H、S5736-S支持该命令。
