思科交换机上使用非思科标配的光模块GBIC in port Gi1/0/25 has bad crc(思科交换机使用第三方的模块)（非思科模块、第三方模块）

解决方法：
   进入端口配置模式，输入三条命令即可解决：
sw(config)#service unsupported-transceiver
sw(config)#no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid
sw（int-conf）speed nonegotiate    ！有些型号不用打这条命令，也不支持

service unsupported-transceiver 备注：此命令需要手工打全，没有自动补全。
no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid

第4步：拔插下光纤模块或者shutdown, no shutdown下接口，注意shutdown时，看看是不是在远程，不会断网。

陈：测试过，需要拔插下光纤模块才可以亮起来。

保存配置，重新插入关模块。

如果是思科的交换机与其他品牌的交换机需要考虑下双工协商的问题，如在接口上配置： speed nonegotiate

interface GigabitEthernet0/8
media-type sfp
speed nonegotiate
注意第一行配置是没有自动补全的，需要手工打上去。
